- Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, and provide customers with effective solutions according to customer consultation needs
- Improve service quality and customer satisfaction with the company through consultation and program provision
- Familiar with all the company's preferential activities and product performance, quickly solve problems for customers
- Professional service attitude and terminology, reflecting the first-class professional level of customer service
