Kelayakan
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred but not always required)
- Able to communicate in English or Mandarin
- Fresh graduate or Proven 1-3 years of working experience in sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Tanggungjawab
- Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and financial goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and recommend suitable coverage based on their needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
