Kelayakan
- 3 - 5 years of hands on repair experience at service centre for consumer electronics.
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Comfortable with using digital technologies to improve work efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimal guidance.
Tanggungjawab
- Detect, analyze and repair the defective products of household appliances, mobile phones, tv and others.
- Provide online trouble shooting assistance whenever needed by other team members (such as online team) and customers.
- Manage customers’ requirements and expectations by providing accurate feedback and information to customer directly or customer service team.
- Compile and monitor products issues and repair cases. Provide feedback of the unusual and repetitive product defect cases to Product team.
- Maintain the proper use of repair tools and service centre equipment.
- Provide product training to team members.
- Perform all other duties, activities and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
