Kelayakan
- Min. 2-4 years of relevant work experience in the service industry.
- Min. Diploma in Accounting or above.
- Good leadership, have experience in guiding a team of Juniors
Tanggungjawab
- To implement Financial best practices and strategies.
- Familiar with full set accounting.
- To plan and advise the Board of Directors, on the methods to optimize the financial performance of the company and risk management.
- To oversee audit & tax functions, with advice on best practices for tax planning.
- To perform financial analysis and implement improvement measures
- To develop budgets that meet the requirements of company departments.
- To establish targets and manage accounting and finance teams.
- To supervise all audit and internal control processes.
- To prepare detailed reports on the company’s financial performance
- To ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
- To coordinate with external financial institutions and consultants on behalf of the company
- To manage and synergize account & admin department
