We specialize in Real Estate Advisors, Cadastral Surveys, Engineering Surveys, Orthophoto Surveys (UAV), Topographic Measurements, Underground Utility Measurements (UDM), Hydrographic Measurements, and Strata Measurements delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Administrator to join our team.

The Tender Administrator Intern  plays a pivotal role in the company's procurement process, ensuring the efficient and effective handling of tender documentation, submissions, and related administrative tasks. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Tender Administrator will collaborate with various departments to compile, review, and submit tender proposals accurately and on time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in tender administration, procurement, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail) and tender management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and analyze tender documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations, tender processes, and contract management principles is desirable.

Tanggungjawab

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of tender documentation, including gathering, organizing, and maintaining files by company standards.
  • Review tender documents to understand requirements, timelines, and submission guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect necessary information and documents for tender submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with tender specifications and requirements.
  • Coordinate with the relevant departments to obtain necessary approvals and sign-offs for tender submissions.
  • Submit tender proposals through online portals or physical delivery channels, following specified procedures.
  • Generate reports on tender activities, including success rates, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding tender-related inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the tender process, proposing and implementing enhancements where applicable.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in tender administration.
