Kelayakan
- Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Finance, Accountancy, Actuarial Science, Banking, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English and other dialect language
- Required Skill(s): Good communication skill, willing to learn, able to work with a team.
- No working experience required.
Tanggungjawab
- Help with financial data: gathering, organizing, and analyzing using tools like Excel or specialized software.
- Conduct research on financial markets, investment opportunities, and economic trends.
- Assist in processing financial transactions such as trades, payments, and fund transfers, including reconciliation and record-keeping.
- In client-facing roles, help with inquiries, portfolio management, and account maintenance.
- Create financial reports, presentations, and documents for internal or external use.
- Monitor financial news and industry developments, providing summaries or analysis to the team.
- Handle administrative tasks like scheduling meetings and organizing documents.
- Encouraged to learn and develop financial skills through shadowing and training programs.
- Assist with projects related to financial analysis, risk assessment, and investment strategies.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with clients or partners.
