Kelayakan
- Candidate possess or currently pursuing a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business administration, Accounting or equivalents.
- Able to write and speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Basic computer knowledge is a must.
- Able to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Applicants should be MALAYSIAN citizens.
- Preferably 3-6 months internship program
Tanggungjawab
- Handle inbound calls/emails from customers.
- Provide excellent service and help to solve problems faced by customers.
- To build, update and maintain training materials, assignments, and question papers.
- To administer matters related to training, evaluation, examination and certification.
- To conduct training on the courses for learners as well as tutors.
