Kelayakan
- Previous experience as a Ramen Chef or similar role, with a strong passion for Lan Zhou cuisine.
- Proficiency in preparing and cooking ramen noodles, broths, and toppings.
- Knowledge of Lan Zhou Mee Tarik techniques and experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to work day and/or night shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to delivering outstanding culinary experiences.
Tanggungjawab
- Prepare and cook a variety of ramen dishes with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all ramen items served.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and refine existing ones.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
