We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hotel Bellman. The bellman plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for guests and providing outstanding service throughout their stay.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Customer Service Skills: Bellmen must have excellent customer service skills and be friendly, approachable, and helpful to guests at all times.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with guests, colleagues, and other hotel staff.
  • Teamwork: Bellmen often work as part of a team, so the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers is important.
  • Organizational Skills: Bellmen must be well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, such as managing luggage, providing directions, and answering guest inquiries.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: They should be able to think quickly and effectively resolve any issues or concerns that guests may have.
  • Professionalism: Bellmen are often the first point of contact for guests, so they must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Flexibility: Bellmen may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, so flexibility in scheduling is often necessary.
  • Knowledge of Local Area: Having knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, attractions, and transportation options, can be beneficial for providing helpful recommendations to guests.

Tanggungjawab

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Assist guests with luggage, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and familiarize them with hotel amenities and features.
  • Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and entrance areas.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval as needed.
  • Collaborate with front desk staff and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures at all times.
  • Adhere to safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
