- Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills
- Ability to stay neutral, objective, and focused during conversations
- Quick establishment of personal credibility
- Close adherence to client instructions and cultural sensitivity
- Requirements: Native fluency in Mandarin + English (both spoken and written)
- Able to work between 7pm to 5am (8 hours only) (Fully WORK FROM HOME)
- Between Monday to Sunday (5 working days)
