Kelayakan
- Min holds a diploma in accountancy or with relevant years or experience
- Team player/leader
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Meticulous
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
Tanggungjawab
- As a Senior Accountant, you will be managing the following functions for the Company: -
- Manage AP function
- Verifies payments
- Reconcile outlets petty cash disbursements
- Sales, Cash, AR reconciliation
- Payments and delivery platform collection reconciliation on timely basis
- Follow up on any discrepancies internally/third party
- Sales reconciliation with POS
- Ad Hoc refunds (if any)
- Monthly/quarterly merchandise stock reconciliation
- Custom tax/GRN reconciliation
- Consolidate delivery sales statements
- Handle Fixed asset
- Manage intercompany transactions
- Reporting
- Annual FS statutory reporting /Tax reporting
- SST filing/Witholding tax
- Month end schedules/management reporting
- Handle queries from external tax/auditors
- Liaise with corporate secretary
- Annual return filing
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor
