Kelayakan
- Candidates with SPM qualifications and above
- Fluent proficiency in simplified Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (read, speak, type)
- Able to work on Monday – Friday 7.30am – 6pm & Saturday – Sunday 8am – 5pm (5.5 days a week).
- Candidates with CS experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
Tanggungjawab
- Handling inbound calls, emails, and live chat regarding inquiries, policy information, account management, claims processing, and general support.
- Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases, and billings.
- Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
- Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction whilst maintain a professional manner.
- Be familiar with all policy, processes, and product knowledge and escalation paths.
- Remain polite, patient, and courteous with customers throughout the experience.
- Ensure the end-to-end experience for all customers is at a high level of customer satisfaction.
