Kelayakan
- Applicants with SPM level qualification and above
- Applicants with fluent proficiency in English (Read, Speak, Type)
- Applicants with fluent proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia (Read, Speak, Type)
- Applicants who can work from Monday-Friday, 9am – 6pm
- Applicants who can start on 15th of May.
- Applicants are required to be 25 years and above.
Tanggungjawab
- Handling inbound calls, emails, and live chat regarding inquiries, policy information, account management, claims processing, and general support.
- Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases and billings.
- Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
- Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.

- Monthly Salary: RM2000 Basic + Up to RM400 KPI
