Kelayakan
- Can speak in Mandarin
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a food production environment
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tanggungjawab
- Develop production plans and schedules based on confirmed orders & plan orders to ensure meeting customer delivery.
- Monitor stock of raw materials and packaging materials to ensure no hiccup in production. Issue purchase requisition and obtain approval for material purchase.
- Manage daily production activities, including machine setup, raw material transfer from the warehouse, production line performance, and workflow optimization.
- Plan and coordinate production schedule, workflow, and manpower arrangement.
- Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Manage and train the production team well to ensure the team's performance is at an optimum level.
- Ensure good housekeeping, well-maintained equipment, and a safe working environment.
