Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good command in English and Mandarin as this role required to liaise with Mandarin speaking parties
- Good organisational skill and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently, high committed, responsible and dependable.
- Proficient in MS Office and PC skills.
- Experience in working with Kenjin system or SQL will be an advantage.
- Highly motivated team player with a strong drive for success and the ability to work under pressure.
Tanggungjawab
- To prepare weekly sales reports for agencies
- To prepare sales reports (including monthly sales reports and Quarterly KPI Reports) for Company Management
- To prepare bi-weekly Sales Commission Reports for submission to Accounts Dept
- To prepare corresponding Commission Payout Reports to Agencies and Agents
- To prepare List of Monthly Instalment Collection Report
- To follow up Default Cases in instalment payment schemes
- Tracking of Payment Status for every Instalment Payment based on Ledger issued
- To cross Check filing of accounts related documentation such as Instalment Ledgers, Acknowledgement of Receipts, Official Receipts in Office Management System
- To support in tracking and filing of Trust Accounts Fund Movement
- To execute ad-hoc related matter as and when requested by Superior.
