- We are looking for individuals with education background such as: Project Management/ ID/Architecture/Construction
- Proficient in English for effective communication.
Tanggungjawab
- Ensure proper coordination of all variables in the assigned projects.
- Co-ordinate with and instruct sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship
- Distribute drawings and advise sub-contractors on construction methods
- Ensure all maintenance & repair works are executed reliably and efficiently with minimum downtime.
- Ensure cleanliness of site
- Attend to client needs and requests.
- Night work required
- Review & monitor all maintenance department report
