Kelayakan

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • High proficiency in English & Mandarin
  • Proven track record of 1-2 years in sales, particularly within e-learning or education technology.
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365.
  • Preferred familiarity with RM software, such as Salesforce, for efficient data management and customer relationship tracking.
  • Strong understanding in e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Self-motivated with both independent and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in sales documents.
  • Effective problem-solving skills for resolving order inquiries and communication issues.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Tanggungjawab

  • Develop a deep understanding of the e-learning products and services offered by the company.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively communicate product advantages.
  • Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the needs and goals of prospective clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the e-learning solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their requirements and providing relevant solutions.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and informative manner.
  • Develop and implement compelling sales strategies to surpass set sales goals, leveraging marketing materials and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure favorable deals while working closely with the sales team to achieve collective sales objectives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing and documentation for successful closures.
  • Continuously support clients post-sale, ensuring their satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues while serving as a vital link between clients and the company's customer support and technical teams.
  • Keep meticulous sales records and generate regular performance reports while staying informed about e-learning market trends and competition.
  • Continuously update knowledge and skills related to e-learning products and sales techniques.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops provided by the company and principles.

 

Manfaat

  • Salary package: UP TO RM 4,000 + Commission(Subject to experience and interview performance)
  • Regular Working Hour: Monday to Friday
  • Annual Leave + Medical Leave + Bonus + EPF + SOCSO
  • Working Location: Puchong
