Kelayakan
- Min Education Level : Diploma In Business, Event Management, Supply Chain Management, Or A Similar Field Preferred.
- Required Languange(s) : Mandarin and English
- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A good & highly responsible Team Player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems
Tanggungjawab
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO & HOD.
- Sourcing event suppliers for talents, fabrication, premiums, and materials.
- Collaborate with project teams and clients to comprehensively understand event requirements, ensuring alignment with the desired outcomes.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and maintain a robust database of reliable vendors.
- Work closely with project teams to gather detailed event requirements and specifications.
- Work with project teams and client to understand event requirements and responsible to source and prepare quotation submission.
- Understand market trend and seek to source and introduce innovative product/ vendors to project team.
- In charge of company social event and training program, client appreciation dinner, supplier appreciation dinner and etc.
- Managing office & pantry supplies, equipment maintenance, laptop & IT, cleaning & repair
- Handling any administrative tasks necessary for the functioning of the office.
