Kelayakan
- Minimum SPM holder or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in a sales support or sales role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and RM software.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia language.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print and social media.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
- Analyze sales and market data to develop insights and recommendations.
