Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma in any related fields
- At least 1 year working experience required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new ERP system
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin shall be added advantage and carry pleasant personality
Tanggungjawab
- To assist in sales department on issuing quotation and sales order for the new projects.
- Gather and analyse data to prepare monthly reports gather from customer feedback (surveys, complaints, satisfaction) upon completion of each project.
- Handling of customer complaints and ensure Production and QC department to take necessary action on the complaint and feedback to customers.
- Update of ISO document for Sales & Marketing department.
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment and maintaining accurate records of payment status to update management.
- Take ownership of the accounts receivable process, including issuing progress claims, sales invoices, statements, and reminders to clients upon each completed project.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior/ management from time to time.
