Kelayakan

  • Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education (only) **(MUST)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 1 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood development principles, curriculum design, and educational best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff, parents, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and administrative tasks.

 

Tanggungjawab

Leadership and Management:

  • Provide guidance and leadership to staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Train, and supervise teaching and support staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to promote professional growth and development.

Educational Program Management:

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making adjustments as necessary to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Child Welfare and Safety:

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for children, staff, and visitors, adhering to health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Implement emergency procedures and protocols to ensure preparedness for various scenarios.
  • Monitor and assess the well-being and developmental progress of each child, collaborating with staff and parents as needed.

Parent and Community Engagement:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with parents, providing regular communication and opportunities for involvement in their child's education.
  • Organize and facilitate parent workshops, events, and meetings to promote family engagement and partnership.
  • Collaborate with community organizations, schools, and stakeholders to enhance resources and support for the centre.

Administrative Duties:

  • Ensure accurate records and documentation related to enrolment, attendance, staff credentials, and other administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders as required.
  • Coordinate class schedules and manage rescheduling as needed.
  • Develop and maintain class timetables and adjust schedules, as necessary.
