Information Technology

• Provide IT support to users, including set-up and maintenance of PC hardware, software and network related issues.
• Assist in overseeing the company and its subsidiaries’ computer operations, system and services such as servers and IT resource administration.
• Provide support for in-house application systems and software upgrading that includes installation, configuration and troubleshooting of application system problems.
• Evaluate and identify improvements to operating controls, internal controls, systems and related process.
• Manage email, anti spam and virus protection.
• Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords, access to internet. Closing user accounts for resigning staff.
• Ensuring that all IT equipment complies with industry standards.
• Performing daily back up for company data.
• Provide support to supervisor, under guidance of HOD and senior IT executive

Phone System

• Manage office phone system.
• Provide recommendation and suggestion.

Website

• To monitor our company’s website, update the website, do some improvement on the website and any others website related matters.

SAP

• SAP administration. Current authorized to issue BP codes and change BP details
• Provide SAP support to users, including set-up SAP
• Fine tune the current SAP, answer to user enquiries, create suitable integration print layout display to suit our business needs
• Understudy the functionality and the operations of related departments and recommend improvement in terms of SAP. Request outsider or consultant support when required
• To assist in any task assign by Head of Department.
• Work and monitor the quality and progress of the task/ projects or assignments given.

• Planning & implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work, ie.
• UBS Upgrade
• CCTV
• Ensuring the most cost effective and efficient use of servers.
• Purchase hardware / software of company parts.
• To carry out any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by superior.
