Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or PA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO. From travel industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulatory frameworks, and accounting standards.
- Demonstrated track record of driving financial performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and capitalize on opportunities.
- Commitment to integrity, ethics, and transparency in financial management and decision-making.
- Proficient in both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia & English languages. Those who are able to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Candidate must be willing to be based in Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur area.

- Legal and compliance engagement
- Post IPO Transition and Governance:
- Developing transition plans
- Establishing governance structures
- Transparency and accountability measures
- Financial Strategy and Growth Management:
- Formulating growth strategies
- Evaluating expansion opportunities
- Monitoring market trends and metrics
