Kelayakan

  • Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organised, independent, and detail minded
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Office is a must
  • Manage all-round general office administrative works

Tanggungjawab

  • Provide all-rounded administrative support
  • Responsible for full spectrum of office administration functions including daily office administrative operations, office equipment procurement and facilities management
  • Maintain and update company files, records, databases and generate reports as needed
  • Engaging in work or tasks outside the office
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required
