- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solution
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Assist in maintaining the sales floor/platform
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall revenue/target goals
