Kelayakan
- A minimum of a Diploma in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Ability to handle and optimize advertising budgets, with experience in forecasting and reporting marketing results.
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a team player.
Tanggungjawab
- Plan and execute efficient social media advertising campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Continuously optimize ad content, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative ad copy and visual designs, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of advertising materials.
- Analyze market data and campaign performance, generating regular reports based on key metrics such as website traffic and conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Stay abreast of and apply the latest online advertising technologies and black hat techniques to keep the company competitive.
- Perform other related marketing and advertising tasks as needed.
Manfaat
- Base Salary: RM3500 - RM4500 (commensurate with experience)
- Monthly Bonus: RM2000 - RM4000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10am - 7pm)
- Sundays Off
