Kelayakan
- SPM and above
- Any warehouse management system knowledge is added advantage
- computer literate: Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office
- Positive working attitude and good attendance record
- Able to work overtime when required
- Able to work independently and adhere to strict deadlines
Tanggungjawab
- Assist daily operations task by work closely with SM and ASM
- Oversees general operations and activities, including shipment and taking deliveries, conducting stock checks, recording warehouse transactions, storage of inventory, and guaranteeing the safe and efficient operation of the material handling in a storeroom or external of the store.
- Responsible for maintaining inventory, receiving stock, placing purchase orders, data entry into the inventory management system, as well as performing other back-up tasks in other areas within the store.
- Responsible for day to day task in processing of goods including receiving, packing, scanning and storing of goods;
- Ensure goods are received, packed, scanned and stored in orderly manner;
- Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are reported
- Aid compliance with special handling requirements in stacking, moving, and arranging items on rack according to storage plan and carry out measures to address operational shortfall and maintenance needs.
- Responsible for stock control and housekeeping operations of storeroom or external for the store
- Responsible to provide excellent service to the stores by performing all duties related to picking and packing of HLA product with accuracy, quality, efficiency and sustainability according to HLA values, policies, and procedures.
