Task

Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports for accuracy and in compliance with group reporting standards (including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, cash flow, and audit schedules).
Review, analyze, and interpret management reports prior to submission to management and the parent company.
Liaise closely with external auditors for year-end audit work, providing necessary schedules, documents, and draft financial statements.
Ensure the accurate and timely submission of monthly financial reports.
Assist with the preparation of cheque/online payment for rental/utilities and other disbursements
Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labeled, and kept for future reference
Prepare monthly payroll and submission of monthly statutory contributions for EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

QUALIFICATION :

Candidate must possess at least a degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business or equivalent.
At least 1 year working experience in Finance/ Accounts is required.
Excel in SQL accounting system.
Proficiency in MS Office and computer savvy.
Independent, self-motivated, proactive and team player.
Possess positive attitude, meticulous, and good analytical skill.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
