Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or above and have more than 3 years of local secretarial or administrative-related work experience in Kuala Lumpur.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, able to use them as working languages, familiarity with Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
Have actual implementation work experience.
High interpersonal sensitivity, strong in communication and coordination, resource integration and execution, able to coordinate resources and information alignment from all parties, and have the ability to efficiently resolve emergencies.
Strong sense of responsibility, proactive in work, able to quickly adapt to new environments, and have strong ability to work under pressure.
Familiar with local service procedures in Malaysia.
Proficient in using Office software and have a local driver’s license.
Applicants with working experience in other Mandarin-funded enterprises in Malaysia and familiar with writing various official documents, meeting minutes, PPT, etc. will be given priority.
