Daily customer service. Provide timely, appropriate, professional and courteous responses and service to customers such as employees, visitors and candidates through face-to-face communication, telephone, ticketing system and email.
Office maintenance. Maintain a clean, comfortable and convenient work environment by conducting various audits, maintaining facilities, monitoring cleaning staff services, resolving emergencies; identifying, escalating issues and providing creative solutions to improve service or efficiency.
Onboarding and offboarding processes. Provide accurate and timely management support during new employee onboarding and offboarding processes; provide facility usage training to employees.
Procurement. Assists the Management Supervisor in controlling costs by managing office supplies and facilities inventory, identifying new vendors, negotiating and providing recommendations.
Process standardization. Create, update and follow administrative procedures/workflows and cross-train within the team to increase productivity and standardization. Provide support to other departments as needed.
