We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Front Office Operations to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Welcoming guests upon arrival, managing check-in/check-out processes, and ensuring accurate billing.
Reservations: Handling room reservations, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, or online systems.
Guest Services: Addressing guest inquiries, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation.
Record Keeping: Maintaining guest records, processing payments, and generating reports.
Problem Resolution: Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly to ensure a pleasant stay.

Skills and Qualifications

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Customer Service: Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and handling guest complaints professionally.
Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly and effectively resolve issues and emergencies.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with hotel management software and office equipment.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling reservations, billing, and financial transactions.
Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Duties

Marketing Support: Assisting with promotional activities and guest engagement initiatives.
Administrative Tasks: Managing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and other clerical duties as needed.
