Responsibilities:- • Assists Accountant in 1 company full set account. • Managing general ledger, journal entries, account payable and receivables. Responsible for month end AP & AR closing. • Socso & PCB account; insurance coverage for employees etc. • Provide general office administration support, including liaises with bankers, suppliers, tenancy agents; write some correspondence documents, letters for application & cancellation etc. • Proper maintenance of accounting records and filing with completeness of supporting documents. Experience gained:- • Experience of leadership as to be Oracle AP & AR trainer for new set up company in Mongolia & WP BSC. • PC literacy with knowledge in Microsoft applications and accounting systems like Oracle, Hyperion & ACCPAC Accounting system, HR2000 payroll system. • Perform well in time management thus to be more confident and independent in work. • Improvement in communication skills as experienced in dealing with expatriates from different counties in a new working environment.
