Process Engineering Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd, the smart business partner of Process Integrator (M) Sdn Bhd was established 2010 by the group of engineering enthusiasts.

Prior to the establishment of the company, the members of the company are engaged in the projects implementation and services in crude palm oil mills. Over the years we have successfully completed many projects/services undertaken by Process Integrator (M) Sdn Bhd.

With the acquired knowledge and experiences in the engineering services particularly in the crude palm oil mills and the special blessing from Process Integrator, the company was formed to target businesses on after-sale services to projects, supports and undertaking smaller-scale upgrading projects and parts supplies to crude palm oil mills. Process Integrator has directly and indirectly provided/shared with us the technological knowhow/assistance in the close collaboration.

Our present clients are Sime Darby, Felda, IOI, SOP, Woodman, Shin Yang and many other individual mills in Peninsular and east Malaysia. The business is now focused on: -

1. Project implementation on close collaboration with our smart partners.
2. Sterilization process
3. Pressing/digester controls/automation
4. Process upgrading.
5. Spare parts supports to mills
6. Other engineering services include mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, automation etc. Our technical staffs are always ready to service our customer on call.

Our present common range of spare supplies are: -

1. Bearing and bushes.
2. Scrapper conveyor chains
3. Valves - all categories and ranges
4. Hydraulics - power packs, cylinder and routine maintenance and overhaul
5. Controls - Maintenance and services
6. Pneumatic parts and services
7. Steel plate and construction materials.
8. Others.

The company is also looking forward to extent its services to more clients in providing wider scope of supply to CPO processes with the increasing numbers of technical staff recruited and the numbers of operating centres being set up. Presently we are having operating centres strategically located in Ipoh, Subang Jaya, Miri, Bintulu and Tawau. Common spare for CPO mills are stocked for the conveniences and supports to clients. The company is also conducting many R&D projects basing on the needs of the CPO mills, a continuous vision the company is heading.
