Our client is an Austrian industrial B2B leader with a global footprint, headquartered in Vienna. We are recruiting a high-calibre Operations Director for a newly created Business Segment with a global business and plant network. Directly reporting to the CEO of the Business Segment, you will be responsible for all operational aspects within the different plants across the segment on a global basis. Together with your team, you will define the operations strategy, coordinate substantial investment projects and drive EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety) as well as Lean Management and Six Sigma initiatives in order to achieve world class performance across operations. This broad, challenging and truly international role requires salient experience in an international manufacturing environment within a fastmoving and cost-driven industry.
