Administrative Support & Communication Liaison: They serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO & HOD.
Office Operations: The office manager oversees day-to-day operations to ensure the office runs smoothly. This includes managing office & pantry supplies, equipment maintenance, laptop & IT, cleaning & repair and handling any administrative tasks necessary for the functioning of the office.
Internal Event Planning: In charge of company social event and training program, client appreciation dinner, supplier appreciation dinner and etc. (refer to calendar)
Sourcing event suppliers for talents, fabrication, premiums, and materials;

Collaborate with project teams and clients to comprehensively understand event requirements, ensuring alignment with the desired outcomes.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and maintain a robust database of reliable vendors.
Work closely with project teams to gather detailed event requirements and specifications.
Work with project teams and client to understand event requirements and responsible to source and prepare quotation submission.
Understand market trend and seek to source and introduce innovative product/ vendors to project team.
