- To prepare drinks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- To provide customer service in courteous and efficient manner
- To notify superior if observe a particular stocks is running low
- To uphold good personal hygiene and housekeeping practices to ensure a safe, clean, tidy and pleasant working environment
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by superior
- To assist in keeping minimum operating cost by efficient and responsible use of resources
- Taking customers’ orders in a kiosk setting, answering questions on menu items, making recommendations on beverages
- Performing cashier duties
Job Requirements
- Nationality: Malaysian
- Must be Able to speak Mandarin
- Willing to work on weekends & selected public holidays
- Able to work on shift
- No working experience required
- Positive attitude and responsible character.
