BDC Corporation Sdn Bhd - KL

Initially incorporated in Malaysia on 14 March 1983, BDC Corporation Sdn Bhd was formerly

known as Bright Decorama (M) Sdn Bhd, a retailor for interior soft furnishings founded by

Dato’ Yong Yoon Kooi. Under his guidance, the company sought out projects that involved

contract work specializing in flooring for the commercial sector. This led to major business

expansion and propelled the company’s conversion to BDC Corporation Sdn Bhd at the

beginning of August 1997.

Due to the company’s progressive success in specialized flooring products, particularly vinyl

flooring, BDC Corporation was awarded the Malaysia Sole Distributor for Armstrong Vinyl

Flooring Products in April 2001 and is still the sole distributor to this day.
