Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors.
Oversee multiple projects.
Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.
Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the Construction Program.
Schedule, control and monitor all plants and materials on a weekly basis.
Ensure all work is completed to program's requirements.
Fulfil the role of Temporary Works Coordinator when required. Liaise with Contracts Manager/Project Manager, Site Manager/Agent, and Contract Surveyor regarding cost control, waste management, variations and confirmation of instructions.
Site supervisory.
Monitor of daily site activities and report to Project Manager progress of work.
Highlight and inform consultants of any defective work by the contractors or subcontractors.
Liaise with authorities, consultants, contractors and other relevant parties.
Able to supervise the daily operations at construction site and ensure that the contractors execute the works in compliance.
Update manpower attendance, materials, quantity and machinery record at site.
Problem solving occurring in the field of work.
Pick up/arrange transportation of site workers.
Assists in other tasks assigned as and when required.

Qualifications:

Compulsory:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering (any discipline) or Architecture.
Part-time students not accepted due to the demanding nature of the role.
Fresh graduates with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Diploma: RM2,500 per month
- Degree: RM3,200 per month
2-5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Diploma: RM3,500 - RM5,000 per month
- Degree: RM4,000 - RM6,500 per month
Ability to work overtime as required.
Availability to work on Saturdays.
Submission of previous employment payslip for verification of last drawn salary.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in reading and understanding English.
