Beverly Group is a subsidiary of Singapore's Qingdao Investment Pte Ltd.  The Group and its related companies have good track record of developing residential projects, golf and country club, mixed-used and hospitality developments in Singapore, China, Brunei and Malaysia. Its flagship project in Kuala Lumpur is the Marc Service Residence located at the KLCC.  

Currently, the Group has a pipeline of 8 projects in Kuala Lumpur including 28 Boulevard, an 11-acre development at Pandan Perdana; 16 acres of freehold land at Wangsa Maju and 16.5 acres of commercial land at Taman Equine town centre.  Total GDV for the projects is estimated to be RM3.2 billion.
