Binascan Engineering Sdn Bhd

The Company was established in 1980 and was later changed the name to Binascan Engineering Sdn. Bhd. in 1994.

Prior to 1994, the major activities of the Company were in interior decorations and small scale housing development. In 1994, the company saw the synergy to expand, a few qualified personnel  joined in the Board of Directors and Management, to further enhance the company’s business in Project Development, Management and Construction.

The new management team may be ‘new’ to the Company, however the team’s experience in property development and construction added up to more than 50 years in the related field. The team consists of experienced engineer, quantity surveyor and building technicians, all of whom were involved in the property line since the start of their working life.

The Company strongly believed in systematic and  professional approach in the business. In line with the Government call for quality and professionalism in the construction & development industry, the Company has registered themselves with the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia ( CIDB ).

The main aim of the Company is to grow together with their clients, professionally and systematically by offering their best in terms of good Quality, low Cost, Time efficiency and Safety at all time. Together, the Company hope to play their small role in contributing positively towards the progress and development of the nation.
