Job Description

Serve as an Architect’s assistant.
Can supervise production of full set of building plans and tender drawings independently.
Liaise with local authorities and familiar with By-law for authority submission purposes.
Assisting in providing detail drawings during construction.
Prepare REVIT / AUTOCAD architectural / structural drawings in accordance to authority compliance for submission, tender documentation and construction.
Able to interpret from sketches and specifications by engineers and architects.
Coordination of C&S and M&E drawings against Architectural drawings.
Maintain proper records for all projects drawings and documents.
Able to work with tight deadlines.
Strong project management capabilities and good leadership skills.
Ability to assist the management of junior draughtsman of the team.
Ability to liaise with Clients, Consultants, Authorities and Contractors.

Qualifications / Requirements

At least 4 to 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Part I) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Sketchup and Microsoft Office. Revit proficiency is an advantage.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Must have working experience on high rise and landed residential development.
Independent, resourceful, responsible and self-motivated.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
Full time position(s) available.
Salary : RM3,000.00 to RM6,000.00
