• Bluebell Properties Sdn Bhd is a credit control, financial, management and marketing team. We promote and enhance the sales of property developers.

• Marketing and sales of residential houses and properties. We will advertise and station our sales personnel in sale sites.

• Bluebell Properties Sdn Bhd is given free-hand to appoint its own bankers to provide end-financing facilities to the end-purchasers of the project. It is the duty and obligation of Bluebell Properties Sdn Bhd to obtain, procure and secure an approved EF line from the relevant bank.

• Bank loans arrangement for house and property buyers. We will liaise and arrange with banker and assist buyers in preparation of full documentations in their loan applications.

• Sales and Purchase agreement arrangement. We will prepare and arrange buyers to sign S&P with legal firms.

• All others related services to meet property developers and their purchasers’ requirements. Bluebell Properties Sdn Bhd signifies an energetic and contemporary future in property services.
