The law firm of Messrs Bock & Partners was established on the 1st day of July 2018.  It presently has a team of seven lawyers, six staff and two pupils. The Firm is located at Arcoris Mont’ Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

 

The Firm has considerable experience in conveyancing and corporate matters.

 

The partners of the Firm in particular have been in practice for many years and acquired substantial experience in matters of joint ventures, take-overs, mergers and acquisition, restructuring of companies, schemes of arrangements, listing of companies on the Bursa Malaysia, drafting of contracts, corporate litigation, shareholders' dispute, acted as advisor at general meetings of companies, conveyancing and rendering general corporate advice and planning including corporate, commercial and financial transactions, take-overs of companies, corporate restructuring, foreign investments in Malaysia including assisting in the setting up of the companies on behalf of the foreign investors, advising the foreign investors on applications and regulatory approvals, permits and licences required,  setting up of several equity funds both onshore and offshore in Labuan as well as in undertaking the liquidation of such equity funds upon expiry of their charter life for a number of corporate clients.
