BP Ang & Tan

Messrs BP ANG & TAN with its office in Bukit Mertajam, Penang was established on 14/6/2006 by the two partners , Mr. Ang Boon Pin and Mr. Tan Loon Cheang.   

We specializes in commercial and civil litigation which involves disputes in the law of contract, law of succession, family laws, land laws and other commercial and corporate matters. We also specializes in  general conveyancing practices including but not limiting to drafting sale and purchase agreement for residential and commercial properties, commercial agreements and security documentation for banks.  

We have 8 supporting staffs and 5 lawyers in our present organisation and are currently a panel lawyer for several banks, public listed company and reputable developers. In particular, we are presently rendering our services to several developers and banks in Penang and Province Welleslley to effect the transfer of properties and disbursement of  loan.

In view of the present and future challenge, we are looking for dynamic and aggressive candidates to expand our organisation in rendering quality services to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

- Preparing conveyancing and basic account documentation.

- Liaise with appropriates parties or authorities until the completion of the given tasks.

- Reporting and updating the status of the files to the managements. 

The candidates must have prior conveyancing experience and be able to work with minimum supervision.
