Brite-Tech Berhad ("Brite-Tech Group" or "the Group") was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 on 14 June 2001 as a private limited company and was subsequently listed on the MESDAQ Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 30 July 2002. With effect from 3 August 2009, the MESDAQ Market was transformed into the ACE Market, sponsor-driven alternative market for corporations from all business sectors.

Brite-Tech Group provides a broad range of formulated water treatment chemicals, analytical testing & environmental monitoring services for air, noise, water and wastewater, and also provides a broad range of treatment system and equipment as well as consultation engineering study and design, custom-built system and operating capabilities.
