BSD Consultancy Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of Building System & Diagnostics Pte Ltd, which was incorporated in Singapore in 2003 with offices in Singapore, Malaysia and China. The company comprises of a multi-disciplinary team of M&E engineers, Environmental engineers, material scientists, building physicists, cost engineers and designers. BSD provides specialized and independent consultancy services in the field of:

1) Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD)- Environmental planning for Cities and townships. Environmental and energy efficient design advisory services for buildings. Building performance simulations for airflow, solar/ daylighting and energy assessments.

2) Consultancy towards achieving GBI/GreenRE/ Green Mark/ LEED consulting both for existing buildings and new buildings.

3) Energy management- energy conservation solutions, energy auditing and energy management.

4) Building research and innovation- Applied research, testing and evaluation of building products/ systems.
