Finance & Business Management works within the BT Retail business helping to deliver approximately £8.3 billion of annual revenue, £1.0 billion EBITDA and managing £0.7 billion of working capital. Their role is to manage financial resources and influence operational decision making to enhance shareholder value through the delivery of BT Retail's business objectives. This organisation’s key objective is to ensure their operational partners make the right commercial decisions to grow revenue, profit and cash for both BT Retail and BT Group.
The role holder will primarily be responsible for the management of multi-functional areas (e.g. more than one function from Credit Referrals, High Value Accounts Business Billing, BET etc.). They will manage, lead and motivate a team of at least eight Centre Managers from within these functions, to achieve key objectives, including revenue collection, cost, customer satisfaction and services objectives for all functional areas.
