INSTALLATION & PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE: We are experience doing preventive maintenance for the equipment supplies as after sales services for MOCVD, PECVD, Mask Aligner, Spin Coater, High Vacuum Coater, Fused Coupler, RIE (Reactive Ion Etcher), LTCC system and the others. We also involve in installation of turbo pump, furnace, heater system and gas line.
