A system integrator that specialise in several areas of technology, including hardware, network, surveillance and security, ecommerce and support outsourcing services. The parent company created the subsidiary to expand its offerings and reach a broader customer base or to focus on a specific market segment within the technology industry.

BYDS Consulting is a new subsidiary to provide a different range of products and services than the parent company offers. In this case, the new subsidiary is created to provide various technology-based solutions to its customer which include IT consulting services, RPA, mobile app development, application implementation and other technology-related services. These specific services offered by BYDS Consulting may depend on the needs and requirements of its clients.
