We are JMB formed by owner of Desaminium Rimba. The apartment consist of 3 blok 20 floor each and total of 756 unit. All type unit are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but with different square feet. Approximately 1140 sf built up to 1280 sf built up. 

 

The apartment is under MPSJ manicipal.

 

 

Working hours are from 9am to 5.30pm  & saturday 9am to 1pm

Simple management organisation structure.

We running management as our own, fully by resident and was well managed since 2008.
